Sanitary partitions Rogapal Standard
Overview
Rogapal ® standard sanitary partitions are made of 13 mm high pressure laminate.
This material is highly suitable for application in wet rooms. It is moisture-resistant, hygienic, impact-resistant, maintenance free and if can easily be disinfected. With its rounded profiles, and the aesthetic design of door knob and legs, Rogapal ® Standard is not only a functional and sturdy partition, but also a surprisingly pleasant-looking element in the interior.
Description
The partitions have flat fronts with milled door rebates. Doors open over 180°. All fixings are screwed and concealed (vandalism-proof).
Profiles
Connection between the side panels and the front wall and between the panels and the constructional wall by means of rounded U-profiles (25×16×25 mm, thickness 1,5 mm). Angle profiles are used for free-standing units.
The top of the front wall is finished with a continuous rounded aluminium stabilizing profile of 40 × 40 mm.
Hardware
Doors are equipped with three nylon hinges with steel core and nylon covers. One of the inges is self-closing/self-opening.
The doors are locked by an unique nylon closing system.
- Inside door: rotary handle on cover plate
- Outside door: fixed red/white vacant/occupied indicator
Changing partitions come with central door locking system and/or fixed or hinged bench.
In case of emergency the lock can be opened from the outside with a special key.
Legs/Colors
Height-adjustable nylon legs with steel core. The screw fixation to the floor is concealed. The legs als con be glued to the floor, so the drilling of holes can be avoid.
Colors:
Walls: as per standard color chart
Hardware: Red (RAL 3003), white (RAL 9016), dark grey (RAL7043)
Profiles: natural anodized or epoxy coated in one of the above RAL-colors.
Dimensions:
The walls are 2015 mm high, including hight of the legs (150 mm).
Door dimensions: 605 × 1820 mm.
Width and depth dimensions per partition are adaptable to the building.
For economical installations, we recommend the following depth dimensions:
- Toilet partition with door opening inward: 1500 mm
- Toilet partition with door opening outward: 1200/1250 mm
- Changing partition: 1250 mm
- Shower/chnging partition with splash wall and door opening outward: 1600/1800 mm
- Shower partitions without splash wall: 1250 mm
